As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations in our luxury resort, ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in 4- and 5-star establishments, leading a dedicated team and managing laundry operations while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Housekeeping staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
-Operational Oversight: Schedule and conduct inspections of guest and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
-Laundry Management: Oversee laundry operations for efficiency and quality control.
-Communication: Act as the central point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless coordination and updates.
-Cost Control: Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality standards.
-Training & Development: Implement training programs and maintain high employee performance through regular evaluations.
-Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
-Guest Satisfaction: Identify and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
-Emergency Preparedness: Prepare to implement emergency procedures during critical situations.
-Inventory Management: Control inventories for operating equipment and supplies, ensuring par stocks are maintained.
