Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen environment, ideally in a casino or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety standards
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability
- Clean criminal record – mandatory background check
