An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful international hospitality brand as it enters an ambitious new chapter of growth across the United States.
This is a VP-level leadership opportunity for an accomplished hospitality operator who wants to help build something from the ground up. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will play a central role in establishing the U.S. operation, opening new locations and creating the infrastructure to support significant future growth.
From early-stage development and pre-opening strategy through to opening, stabilization and expansion, you will have a genuine opportunity to shape how the brand grows and operates in North America.
The Opportunity
- Lead U.S. operational strategy and execution
- Oversee new openings from development through launch and beyond
- Build scalable operational systems, standards and processes
- Partner closely with ownership, culinary, development and design teams
- Build, recruit and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Own budgets, KPIs, forecasting and operational performance
- Help establish the culture and operating model for the U.S. business
- Play a key role in shaping the brand’s long-term expansion strategy
About You
We’re looking for a proven senior hospitality leader with experience across luxury hospitality, fine dining or highly regarded restaurant groups.
You’ll bring:
- Strong multi-unit operational leadership experience
- A proven track record of successful openings
- Experience managing significant P&Ls and complex operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience building and developing senior leadership teams
- An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the operation
- A genuine passion for hospitality, people and building exceptional businesses
