Job Title:             Assistant Hotel Manager – 4-star Boutique Hotel

Location:             London
Salary:                 £50,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy boutique hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong rooms division background looking to step into a senior operational position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support overall hotel operations with a focus on rooms division
  • Lead and manage large teams across front office and operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
  • Oversee front office performance, processes, and efficiency
  • Support senior leadership with reporting and operational strategy
  • Drive team performance, training, and development
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the hotel

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager
  • Background as a Reception or Front Office Manager
  • Experience within 4 star or 5-star hotels
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20+
  • Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
