I’m working with a well-established international QSR brand who are on the lookout for a driven Store Manager to lead their team in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step with a brand that genuinely promotes from within. Growth has always been part of this company’s DNA – and they’ve been doing it successfully for decades.
The Store Manager Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop your management team and crew to deliver outstanding results
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational excellence
- Ensure all company paperwork is completed accurately, including H&S and financial audits
- Drive sales, control costs, and deliver strong financial performance
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, service, and guest experience
- Manage staffing, rotas, and logistics to ensure fast, high-quality service
- Be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
