The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real ownership of the food offer.
- Lead the full kitchen operation as Retail Head Chef.
- Drive innovation across multiple food counters and concepts.
- Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing brigade.
- Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.
- Support and deliver premium hospitality and events.
- Manage food cost, GP, stock control and kitchen performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership on food strategy.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and compliance.
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef within high-volume B&I contract catering.
- Background in multi-outlet, retail or chef-led food concepts.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
