The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real ownership of the food offer.

  • Lead the full kitchen operation as Retail Head Chef.
  • Drive innovation across multiple food counters and concepts.
  • Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing brigade.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.
  • Support and deliver premium hospitality and events.
  • Manage food cost, GP, stock control and kitchen performance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on food strategy.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and compliance.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef within high-volume B&I contract catering.
  • Background in multi-outlet, retail or chef-led food concepts.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
