Vice President of Human Resources
Location: Pennsylvania
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + bonus
We’re working with a luxury hospitality organization in Pennsylvania looking for an experienced VP of Human Resources to lead its people strategy and HR function.
This is a senior, highly visible role supporting 1,200+ employees and leading an HR team of approximately 27 people, including 7 direct reports.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people — approachable, hands-on and someone employees feel comfortable coming to, while still knowing when to make the tough calls.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall HR function and support the wider people strategy.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team and work closely with senior leadership.
- Drive recruitment, retention, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Oversee benefits, including health benefits, and ensure programs run smoothly.
- Help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and comfortable coming to HR.
About You
- Senior HR leadership experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or a similarly people-focused environment.
- A genuine people person who is approachable and easy to talk to.
- Strong experience with employee benefits, particularly health benefits.
- Someone who can balance being supportive and approachable with knowing when to be firm.
- A hands-on, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring, supporting their team and getting involved.
