Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Process Designer to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded legal business undergoing a significant transformation journey. Based in Bristol, this role offers the chance to shape the future of legal service delivery by combining legal expertise, innovation, technology, and process improvement.

Working closely with partners, Solicitors, business services teams, and technology specialists, the successful candidate will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and client experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a legally qualified professional with a passion for innovation and a desire to drive meaningful change across a modern legal practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and redesigning legal workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and legal technology solutions
  • Facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation projects
  • Creating process maps, playbooks, operating models, and implementation plans
  • Supporting the adoption of new technologies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Applicants should possess at least 3 years’ PQE, alongside experience in legal operations, process improvement, legal project management, consulting, or transformation. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process design skills are essential.
