Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days in office
Salary: £40,000 per year, with potential performance-based reviews and bonuses
The Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to spearhead organic digital marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands online presence, engaging with audiences, and driving growth across social platforms. This position offers a mix of strategy development, content creation, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver high-quality digital and real-world content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Create and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
– Collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas for visuals, videos, infographics, and written content.
– Schedule, publish, and manage content using social media management tools.
– Engage actively with our followers, responding to comments and inquiries professionally and promptly.
– Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
– Drive content creation for exciting campaigns, including public stunts and events, working with winners and other stakeholders across the UK.
The ideal candidate:
– Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a fast-paced environment or startup.
– Expertise in creating and managing multimedia content across major platforms.
– Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and social media analytics.
– A flair for storytelling with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
– Flexibility to travel across the UK for content creation.
