Salary: €1,600 – €1,700 gross per month + service charge + accommodation

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and reputable hotel group with exciting future plans. They are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie for one of their locations in Malta. If you are talented, skilled, and motivated, with a passion for international cuisine, this is the ideal role for you. Who are you?
- Experienced in fine dining or with all-round culinary expertise
- Enjoy working in a harmonious environment with an international team
- Ambitious, hardworking, and fluent in English
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Organized and always adheres to HACCP standards
What will you do?
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to delight guests
- Oversee kitchen and food safety maintenance
- Demonstrate creativity in dishes, guided by the executive chef
- Prepare classic French dishes with international influences
- Apply HACCP rules consistently in the kitchen
