We’re partnered with an acclaimed, Michelin chef-driven restaurant in NYC looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands what it takes to operate at a Michelin level and is passionate about exceptional service, guest experience, and team development.
We’re looking for someone polished but hands-on, who thrives in a high-expectation environment and takes pride in the details.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensuring flawless service
- Working closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless service
- Managing reservations, floor flow, staffing, and daily operational needs
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Helping drive operational consistency, team culture, and overall restaurant performance
What We’re Looking For
- MUST have previous experience within a Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurant
- Previous Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
- Exceptional understanding of service standards and guest experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Polished, confident, and highly personable
- Someone who is passionate about hospitality and genuinely cares about the details
