Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor – Poole
Location: Poole
Type of Role: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £40,000-£70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its busy Property Team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing lawyer to work within a collaborative, supportive environment offering strong progression potential and a range of benefits.
The firm is looking for someone who can build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and who is ready for a new challenge within a thriving property department.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload and contributing to the wider team, including:
- Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicating confidently with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Prioritising workload effectively in a busy environment
- Working confidently with case management systems and MS Office
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a conveyancing lawyer with:
- Experience managing a residential property caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Good IT literacy and comfort working in a paper light environment
