Regional Culinary Director
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000, DOE + bonus.
Location: New York
My client is seeking a people-focused Regional Culinary Director to lead Back of House operations across a growing, multi-unit bakery and café concept known for its high-quality ingredients, scratch baking, and elevated yet approachable menu. This role blends strong culinary leadership with a passion for building engaged, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop BOH teams, fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention across locations
- Ensure consistency in baking, food quality, and operational standards
- Oversee financial performance including COGS, labour, and P&L
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience, including multi-unit oversight
- Background in bakery, café, or fine dining environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
