Job Title: Real Estate Finance Senior Associate- Top 50 City law firm
Salary: £120,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a Top 50 City law firm with a strong real estate and finance practice.
Role:
Wide range of real estate finance work for primarily lenders (some borrower work) covering development and investment work in the UK and Europe:
- Drafting and negotiating LMAs
- Real estate investment and development financing
- Direct lending
- Back leverage
- Securitisation structures
Key attractions include:

Successful candidate:
- 6-8 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Must be working for a dedicated REF team within a well known UK law firm
