Property Litigation Associate – Exeter

The Role

A great opportunity to join a modern, ambitious regional law firm with a strong reputation in the Southwest. You’ll be part of a growing Property Litigation team handling a broad mix of contentious property work for private clients, corporates, retailers, landowners and developers.

You’ll be:

  • Managing your own varied caseload across all areas of property litigation
  • Advising on development land disputes (including telecoms), property contracts and landlord/tenant issues
  • Working closely with clients from day one, with strong supervision to build confidence and independence
  • Contributing to the team’s growth and wider business development activity

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid experience across contentious property matters
  • Strong understanding of development land disputes, telecoms issues and landlord/tenant work (dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, breach of covenant)
  • Confident communicator with a client focused approach

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £63000 – £70000 per annum
Location: Exeter, Devon
