General Manager – Casual Dining
Location: Bristol (relocation support available)
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

They are now looking for a confident operator who can lead from the front, take full ownership of the site, and drive consistent commercial performance. The Role:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the site
- Driving sales and managing the full P&L
- Creating a positive, guest-first culture across the team
- Maintaining brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas
The Person:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry
- Strong people focus – both guest experience and team development
- Commercially astute with a hands-on leadership style
- Solid track record managing P&L and consistently delivering against targets
- Experience across branded and/or independent operations
- Ready to step straight in with a confident and credible operational approach
