Salary Package: IDR 11 900 000 – 14 000 000
An exciting opportunity for an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office and Guest Services team in an ultra-luxury resort environment.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure every guest journey is seamless, personalised and effortless, anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service with warmth, discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, ideally within a Forbes-rated property
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, discretion and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for personalised guest experiences
- International experience is highly desirable
