Employment Lawyer – Cheltenham
The Role
We’re looking for a driven Employment Lawyer to join a growing, high performing team. You’ll work with a diverse client base across a broad mix of Employment matters, taking on both contentious and non contentious work. You’ll also play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen and expand the team’s profile.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising clients across a wide range of sectors on varied Employment law issues
- Handling both advisory and litigation-focused matters
- Drafting, negotiating, and supporting on key documentation
- Getting involved in marketing and BD initiatives to help grow the practice
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with around 0-3 years’ PQE
- Solid grounding in Employment law
- Confident drafting and negotiation abilities
- Strong communication skills and a team focused mindset
- A proactive, client centred approach and the ability to manage your own workload

Salary: £45000 – £60000 per annum
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
