Dining Room Manager – Atlanta, GA – $60,000 – $75,000

We’re hiring a Dining Room Manager for an intimate, high-touch Japanese concept in Atlanta. This is a polished, detail-driven environment where service is intentional, elevated, and guest experience is everything.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the front-of-house team and own the dining room
  • Drive service standards, pacing, and overall floor execution
  • Create a warm, seamless, and highly attentive guest experience
  • Train, coach, and develop a strong service team
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in fine dining or elevated hospitality
  • Strong floor presence — calm, organized, and hands-on
  • High attention to detail and service standards
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
  • Wine/sake knowledge is a plus
