Construction Partner – Bristol
We are seeking a talented Construction Partner to join this growing construction team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction solicitor to take their career to the next level in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will specialise in non-contentious construction and demonstrate that you have an impressive technical ability. You’ll be joining a Top 100 law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Construction in achieving planned growth in the construction team.
- Lead and manage non-contentious construction matters for a diverse client base
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on construction law and related issues
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and growth
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm through active participation in firm initiatives and activities
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer in the UK with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in non contentious construction law.
- Currently working as a Partner or Senior Associate within a reputable law firm.
- Strong track record of handling high-value construction transactions and projects
- Excellent client management and business development skills.
