This is a great opportunity to lead a large-scale commissary kitchen supporting multiple retail locations, ready-made meal programs, and a growing corporate and education catering division.
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Executive Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. This is someone who doesn’t need hand-holding – you bring ideas, test new recipes, and continuously push the food program forward while maintaining consistency at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all commissary kitchen operations including production, packaging, and distribution
- Overseeing output for ready-made meals, retail products, and catering programs
- Driving menu innovation and recipe development—constantly testing, refining, and improving offerings
- Managing and developing a large BOH team
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and food safety standards across all products
- Owning food cost, labor, inventory, and overall kitchen performance
- Building systems that support efficiency, scalability, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Background in QSR, fast casual, or commissary/production kitchens
- Highly creative and proactive – you bring ideas and execute them without needing direction
- Experience with ready-made meals, packaged food, or large-scale production
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance creativity and consistency
- Solid financial understanding including COGS, labor, and cost control
