BAKERY CHEF INSTRUCTOR | MALAYSIA
A prestigious international culinary education institution in, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Bakery Chef Instructor to join its academic team on a permanent basis.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver professional Bakery demonstrations, practical classes and workshops
• Teach baking techniques, ingredients, methods and baking science
• Supervise, mentor and assess students
• Provide constructive technical feedback and support student development
• Maintain high professional, hygiene and safety standards
• Mentor Bakery Commis and students involved in café production
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic resources
What We’re Looking For:
• Professional qualification in Bakery, Pastry, Culinary Arts or related field
• Strong professional Bakery experience
• Excellent technical and practical skills
• Previous teaching/training experience in a culinary or hospitality education environment is advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
Salary: RM20,000 gross per month
Employment: Permanent
