Finance Controller | Boutique Hotel Group | Amsterdam
A growing European boutique hotel group is looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to lead the finance function across their Amsterdam properties. You will own the day-to-day and be able to grow and develop with the company as the portfolio expands.

Salary: €60,000 gross
Bonus: Up to 15%

Your experience
- Hotel finance: solid background in hospitality, comfortable owning the full finance function
- Hands-on: payroll, compliance, month-end – you do it yourself
- Reporting: confident producing management accounts for a remote senior team
- Location: Amsterdam-based, available on-site 3–4 days per week
Your responsibilities
- Operations: run all day-to-day finance across the properties
- Reporting: monthly management accounts and owner reporting into London
- Business partnering: support the GM and department heads on financial performance
- Controls: build and maintain financial processes as the group scales
