Looking for a Sous Chef role where you can be creative, work with fresh food, and be part of a genuinely exciting venue in South-West London?
We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a beautifully designed bistro, café and private members’ club, delivering a modern, produce-led menu in South-West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Head Chef, with real input into menu development, within a vibrant, events-led environment.

The Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development.
- Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Deliver high-quality food across all services
- Lead, mentor and develop the team.
- Drive consistency, presentation and standards.
- Contribute to seasonal specials and evolving menus.
About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh-food restaurant or venue.
- Strong work ethic and team leadership skills.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
