We’re recruiting a Head Chef to lead a dynamic, multi-faceted food operation in Northamptonshire. This is a unique opportunity to oversee both a daytime café-style offer and high-profile events within a prestigious, fast-paced environment.
The Head Chef will lead a skilled kitchen team, delivering a fresh café/deli offer for daily visitors alongside corporate hospitality and premium evening events in Northamptonshire. If you’re a versatile Head Chef who thrives across retail and events, this is an exciting and varied role with an incredible contract caterer!
The offer
- £40,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 working pattern
- Some evenings required

The role
- Lead and manage the full kitchen operation.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality café and deli offer.
- Oversee planning and execution of corporate and evening events.
- Manage, train and develop the kitchen team.
- Ensure strong food safety, compliance and kitchen standards.
- Control ordering, GP and stock management.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
The ideal Head Chef
- Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Comfortable delivering high-volume service alongside premium events
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
