Job Title: Stewarding Manager
Location: Turks & Caicos Islands
Salary: : $3000 , Plus 500 Housing , Sc and Gratuity

Reports to: Executive Chef, Culinary Director
We are seeking an experienced Stewarding Manager to oversee stewarding operations within a resort environment. This role is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and efficient kitchen support operations while leading and developing the stewarding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily stewarding operations and kitchen support functions
- Ensure all sanitation, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
- Supervise and manage stewarding team including porters and cleaners
- Control inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and equipment
- Monitor breakage, costs, and departmental expenses
- Support scheduling, payroll, and staffing requirements
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure operational needs are met
- Manage storeroom operations, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Oversee banquet setup and breakdown
- Ensure employee cafeteria operations run efficiently
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a professional and proactive attitude
- Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma with 6 years’ experience in food & beverage or related field
OR - 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field with 4 years’ experience
- HACCP certified, Food Handlers certified, and Eco Lab training
- Experience in a similar role within a comparable property preferred
- Caribbean or remote island experience is advantageous
