Puerto Rico – Relocation Required
$300,000 USD approx plus full relocation and up to 40% Bonus
We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Architecture & Design to lead the vision, planning, and execution of a world-class luxury private members community in Puerto Rico.
This executive leadership role will oversee the architectural and design direction of high-end residential villas, luxury resort and amenities, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and guest experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven executive-level experience in architecture, design, or development leadership.
- Extensive background delivering luxury resorts, private clubs, branded residences, or ultra-luxury villa communities.
- Strong expertise in master planning, design management, consultant coordination, and project execution.
- Demonstrated success working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality or residential brands.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Puerto Rican resident eligible to work in Puerto Rico.
Compensation:
- Approximately $400,000 total compensation package.
- Package is fully negotiable and will be tailored to attract an outstanding candidate.
