We have partnered with a highly regarded global treasury advisory firm in the search for a Treasury Consultant to join their growing London team.
Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll support the delivery of treasury advisory projects from day one. Engagements are broad and varied-from FX risk reviews and banking strategy, to TMS implementations and cash management optimisation.

A leading global advisory firm specialising in treasury, financial risk, and working capital strategy. The team supports private equity, infrastructure funds, and corporates across international markets. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, client-facing environment. This position is fully office based in central London, and would require some travel depending client engagements.
Description
Client Delivery
- Assist in delivering treasury transformation and financial risk projects
- Prepare analysis, models, reports, and client-ready presentations
- Support peer bench-marking, industry research, and market insights
- Collaborate with global colleagues on cross-border project delivery
- Support implementation of treasury policies, bank structures, and cash flow processes
Advisory Tools & Internal Projects
- Contribute to the development of in-house models, templates, and playbooks
- Participate in treasury system selection and vendor assessments
- Capture lessons learned and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Business Development
- Help prepare proposal documents and new business materials
- Support the wider team in growing client relationships and networks
Profile
A successful Senior Treasury Consultant should have:
- 5+ years in corporate treasury, consulting, or financial operations
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
- Clear understanding of core treasury topics: liquidity, FX, banking, debt, etc.
- Confident communicator-able to engage stakeholders and present insights
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a career in treasury advisory
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
- Bonus points for experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval)
