Salary: £39,500 – £45,000 (DOE)

Description:
1. Undertake General Warehouse Duties:
- General Warehouse duties for Lab Environments:
- Packing and unpacking hardware,
- Use of lifting equipment and pallet trucks
- Correct part identification and shipment preparation
- Administrative duties:
- Record Keeping
- Asset tracking
- GDPR compliance
- Loan management
- Shipping paperwork checks
- Scrapping hardware via provided processes
2. Support Developers working in Lab Environments
- Provide Technical Support for Developers and Test Engineers:
- Movement of h/w in and out of 42u racks
- Computer hardware knowledge
- Linux and Windows operating system knowledge
- Basic Electrical and Electronic experience
- Networking technologies (Ethernet & Fibre switches, IPv4 and IPv6)
- Gathering of requirements for configurations to be built
- Support Lab Infrastructure
- Understand Distributed Power (3 phase)
- Understand Lab Cooling
3. IT Support
- IT Support activities
- Maintain records and IT Security compliance for systems and lab locations
- Technical administration of local databases and monitoring systems
- Problem determination of Network, Server and Storage issues
- Remote Hand and Eyes support for Worldwide teams
Job Tenure: Contract and Full-Time
Salary: £39500 – £45000 per annum
