Description
- Supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating internal systems as required.
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including coordination of interviews.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Preparing HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and letters.
- Collaborating with other departments to address HR needs effectively
Profile
A successful Temp HR Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in a HR administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- CIPD level 3 qualified
- Able to start immediately is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
