Tronc: £6,000–£8,000+ expected

The role

  • Work closely with the Head Chef day-to-day.
  • Lead shifts, manage service and support junior chefs.
  • Deliver quality in restaurant service and event catering.
  • Maintain high standards of food and consistency.
  • Foster a calm, organised kitchen during busy periods.

You will have

  • Solid background in fresh food kitchens.
  • Confidence running services in a busy environment.
  • Ability to lead and develop junior kitchen staff.
  • A calm mindset under pressure and strong work ethic.
