The Role-

As part of this busy site you will be second in charge, leading a busy kitchen environment. You will take the hands on leadership approach, serving the freshest produce in a relaxed dining setting. You will have overall responsibility for the daily operations including liaising with purchasing companies for food order.

The Ideal Candidate-

  • Must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced busy kitchen
  • Passionate about training and developing their brigade
  • Be passionate about fresh food and providing guests with a culinary experience, not just a meal
  • Someone who wants to develop their career and progress in a steadily growing company
  • Experience within a branded restaurant a huge priority
