Solicitor/Legal Executive – Commercial Property – Swindon – 4+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its friendly and committed team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality and varied commercial property matters, including pension property and rural land work, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Refinancing and lease transactions
- Promotion agreements, options, and renewable energy projects
- Pension property and rural land work
- Handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Supporting colleagues on larger or more complex transactions
- Delivering practical, commercial advice to clients
- Participating in team meetings and firm-wide initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
- 4+ years PQE in commercial property
- Broad experience across a range of property matters (not limited to one niche)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and team spirit
