Overview
We’re working with a leading global treasury advisory firm that’s growing its London team-and they’re looking for a Treasury Consultant to join them. You’ll hit the ground running, supporting a wide range of client projects from day one. Expect exposure to everything from FX risk and banking strategy, to TMS roll-outs and cash management optimisation, all while working alongside experienced treasury experts.

The team supports private equity, infrastructure funds, and corporates across international markets. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, client-facing environment. This position is fully office based in central London, and would require some travel depending client engagements.

Client Delivery

Contribute to treasury transformation and financial risk projects across diverse industries

Build models, reports, and client-ready presentations that drive strategic decisions

Conduct peer benchmarking and provide insights through industry and market research

Work with global teams to deliver cross-border projects and solutions

Support implementation of treasury policies, bank structures, and cash flow processes
Advisory Tools & Internal Projects

Help shape in-house tools, models, and best-practice playbooks

Get involved in treasury system selections and vendor evaluations

Capture key learnings to drive knowledge-sharing across the team
Business Development

Assist in creating pitch materials and client proposals

Play a part in growing client relationships and expanding the firm’s network
Profile
A successful Senior Treasury Consultant should have:
- 5+ years in corporate treasury or treasury consulting
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
- Clear understanding of core treasury topics: liquidity, FX, banking, debt, etc.
- Confident communicator-able to engage stakeholders and present insights
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a career in treasury advisory
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
- Bonus points for experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval)
