Sales & Marketing Manager, London, £60,000 + Bonus
I am super excited to be working with a premium hospitality group based in the heart of London who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the expansion of their external catering division driving growth across new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy to grow revenue into new markets
- Win and onboard new clients across luxury and public sectors
- Personally manage major launches and key relationships
- Create and deliver a clear marketing and digital strategy
- Contribute to bid writing and commercial tenders
- Recruit and develop the team
Skills & Experience:
- Proactive sales experience with a strong London network
- Skilled at lead generation, closing deals, and managing pipelines
- Experience creating and delivering brand campaigns
- Confident in client-facing and leadership roles
- Creative, strategic, and highly organised
- Proactive self-starter who works well independently and in a team
