Residential Property Conveyancer – 0-2 PQE – Bristol

Location: Bristol
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (flexible working options available)
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000
PQE: 0-2 years

Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer or legal executive to gain hands-on experience in a thriving residential property department. The team is known for its client-focused approach and strong local reputation, handling a broad range of property transactions across the South West.

The Role
You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and clients on a variety of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales (registered and unregistered)
  • Shared ownership and new build transactions
  • Re-mortgages and equity release
  • Transfers of equity and title rectifications
  • Liaising with lenders, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle

Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor, legal executive, or paralegal with relevant conveyancing experience. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • 0-2 years’ PQE in residential property law
  • A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client-care abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
