Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Cheltenham
We are assisting a well established Cheltenham firm in their recruitment for a residential conveyancing solicitor solicitor to handle a diverse range of transactions within the retirement property sector.
In this role, you’ll oversee your own portfolio of residential property and conveyancing cases, covering sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, with a special focus on retirement homes.
To be successful, you must be a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer with proven experience in managing residential property caseloads. Strong technical expertise and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
You will be joining a firm who are established in the local market and have an existing client base. There is a great salary on offer, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
