Job Title: Real Estate Finance Associate- Top 100 Law Firm
Salary: £85,000-95,000
PQE Level: 4+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our client, a Top 100 law firm, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Associate to work closely with their strong banking and non-contentious commercial real estate teams.
Broad real estate finance work including investments, acquisitions, bridging, development finance.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 PQE+ gained within a UK law firm and either be within a dedicated real estate finance team or be able to demonstrate that at least 70% of your time over at least the last 4 years has been spent on REF.
