What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Own Audits – internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC)
- Drive Improvements through non-conformance reporting and incident investigations
- Coach & Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions
- Be the Expert – confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Technical Management
- Strong background in B2B complaint handling
- Hands-on experience with non-conformance reporting
- Confident in BRC auditing (solo capability required)
- Demonstrated leadership in a quality or lab environment
- HACCP Level 2 certification
