Property Litigation 5+ PQE Lawyer – Bristol
Fantastic opportunity for a 5+ PQE lawyer to join a Top 50 law firm in their expanding national Property Disputes practice.
Due to continued new client wins and growth, they are looking to bolster their highly ranked team.
You’ll work with an impressive client base of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, dealing with a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, break notices), and general property disputes like adverse possession and easements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute as a principal fee earner and supervise junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years’ experience in property litigation together with in-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals. In addition you will have proven experience supervising junior colleagues and a strong financial track record.
