Job Title: Private Equity Lawyer (Secondaries)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a mid-level associate to join the highly regarded Funds & Secondaries team within the Private Equity Group of a prestigious international law firm. Renowned for its expertise in complex continuation vehicle secondaries transactions, this is an exceptional role for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop within a market-leading team.
About You:
- E&W qualified with stellar academic credentials
- Minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in private company M&A and exposure to secondaries transactions
- Strong transactional experience coupled with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach

In this role, you will work closely with top-tier partners and colleagues, gaining in-depth exposure to all aspects of private equity, with a particular focus on secondaries transactions.
