Description

  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees

  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from staff and management
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Assist in implementing process improvements within payroll operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times
  • Support audits by providing accurate payroll documentation and information

Profile

A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in end to end payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, temporary role
  • Strong communication skills
