We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for managing all payroll procedures as part of the existing team. The successful candidate will ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to accounting and finance regulations within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.

Description

Payroll Administrator (Free lunches!):

  • Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Compile and record employee time and payroll data.
  • Handle benefits administration and record keeping.
  • Answer staff queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
  • Maintain and update payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the supervisor.
  • Assist in the auditing of payroll or benefits or other HR programs.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator (Free lunches!) should have:

  • Basic to intermeidate Payroll knoweldge (training will be provided).
  • Also open to candidates with HR or Pensions backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
  • Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Be a driver (as public transport is not an option for this location) and live with a 45 minute commute of Walton-On-Thames.
