Litigation Solicitor – Exeter
My client are a well-established and highly regarded multi office practice who are seeking an accomplished and experienced Litigation Solicitor to become a key member of their team in their Exeter office.
To be considered you will have demonstrated experience in civil disputes, particularly in property matters, contentious probate, and partnership disagreements. While expertise in employment law is a bonus, it’s not essential.
The successful litigation solicitor can expect to manage a diverse range of civil cases, including professional negligence, farming partnerships, landlord-tenant disputes, and more.
Strong IT, drafting and communication skills are essential.
