I’m currently recruiting for a Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise to work on a 12 month project.
The HAY system is a widely used job evaluation and grading system It is designed to measure the relative value of jobs within an organisation and provide a structured framework for compensation and organisational design.
Key duties will be:
- Scoring and Grading
- Bench-marking
- Applications
- Compensation and Benefits

Profile
The successful Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise will possess the following:
- Previous Hay Methodology/Job Evaluation experience
- HAY Qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Job Offer
This is a 12 month interim role
- Location: On-site 3 days a week (this is non-negotiable).
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: £550-£750 per day, depending on experience.
