We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support business needs and be responsible for all aspects of HR.

Client Details

A fast paced retail business with 10 sites in the UK approx 280 staff with head office based in Doncaster.

Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of HR including: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and Training, Oversea Payroll.
  • Manage and develop the HR Advisor as a direct report
  • Working with the Senior Leadership team in order to deliver company objectives through people.
  • Coach, guide and upskill managers.
  • Oversea monthly payroll
  • Site based being visible in the business

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Be operating at HR Manager level
  • Have worked in a generalist HR responsible for all aspects of HR
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge
  • Have payroll knowledge and responsibilities
  • Can be based 5 days per week in Sheffield
  • Some travel to other sites as and when required with use of hire car

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary range of £40-50k FTE
  • Can be full time or part time
  • 22 days of holiday leave plus additional allocated leave
  • Pension with auto-enrolment
  • Site based role
  • 40 hour contract
