Head Chef – Education
We are seeking a passionate, creative Head Chef to who loves to cook for kids and takes pride in crafting nutritious, delicious meals in a calm, nurturing environment.
About the Role:
- Prepare daily meals for students and teachers, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.
- Collaborate closely with our on-site nutritionist to create balanced, sustainable menus.
- Manage all aspects of the school kitchen, including sourcing, hygiene, and food safety.
- Cater for special events
- Maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere — a chef who enjoys bringing joy to children through food!
Requirements:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end environment (school, hotel, restaurant, or private household)
- Fluent English speaker is required and Arabic language is advantageous
- A strong understanding of nutrition, sustainability, and child-friendly cuisine.
- Excellent organisational skills and a calm, professional approach.
- Ability to design creative, health-conscious menus with autonomy and flair.

Salary: 18,000 AED (all-inclusive) with great working hours – weekends and school holidays off
