My client has beautiful country pub with premium B&B requires experienced General Manager. Cosy and welcoming atmosphere with a fresh food focus. The General Manager must be able to train, develop and lead a strong team to increase revenue and further business profits, also have strong brand standards and customer service focus. Gorgeous site in a historic village.
Skills and Experience:
- A can-do attitude & enthusiastic personality
- Strong background and understanding of the industry & competitors
- Deliver and cultivate the group brand standards
- Strong team management & motivational skills
- Customer service focused
- Strong team leadership experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a Gastro Pub / B&B / Hotel environment
