Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis activities
- Providing strategic advice to the leadership team and other internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial input and advice on decision-making issues
- Co-ordinate and execute monthly forecasts and budgeting
- Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations
- Variance analysis
- Cost controlling
- Business partnering approach
Profile
A successful FP&A should have:
- We are looking for someone with an undergraduate degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong understanding of management accounts
- Proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent regulations
- Excellent computer skills; especially with Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Strong at relationship building and management
- Be confident in having challenging conversations
- Have initiative and tenacity to get things done
