Description

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Manage statutory reporting, tax obligations, and external audit relationships

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and policies

Provide strategic financial insight to senior leadership, supporting business planning

Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
-
Support inventory and asset management across multiple business units
-
Drive process improvements and automation within finance systems
-
Mentor and develop junior finance team members
Profile
-
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience

Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness

Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

Proficient in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently
